Polyester non-woven filter media is used in a number of commercial and industrial applications – pad frames, fan coils, panel filters and paint booths.
We can supply custom cut pads or bulk rolls from stock. Die cut parts can also be supplied.

Suitable for pre filtration in all commercial and industrial systems, high velocity induction units, fan coils, air intakes on compressors and electric motors or as a pre-filter to more efficient secondary filters.

Classification acc. to EN 779:2012
DSR1: 8mm Filter Class G2 (100 % polyester fibres)
DSR2: 12mm Filter Class G3 (100 % polyester fibres)
DSR4: 25mm Filter Class G4 (100 % polyester fibres)
DSR5: 50mm Filter Class G4 (Made of 100% hollow spiral crimped polyester fibres. Thermally bonded by means of bi-component fibres and calibrated to a certain thickness).
DSR6: 25mm Filter Class G4 (A progressively structured filter medium made of 100% polyester fibres – air entry coloured blue)
DSR7: 10mm Filter Class G2 (100% polyester fibres progressively structured. Coloured black)
DSR9: 20mm Filter Class M5 (100 % polyester fibres progressively structured. Sealed clean air side.)
DSR10: 22mm Filter Class M5 Scrim-back (deck-head – 100 % polyester fibres impregnated with a tackifier. Clean air side reinforced with polyester scrim).

- Fire testing according to DIN 53438 (K1/F1)
- Humidity resistant up to 100% RH
- Thermal stability to 100°C (briefly up to 120°C)
- Contains no PVC or silicone

Additional Information
Non-woven polyester media can be cut and sewn to cylinder or wrap shapes to your specification. Your customized labels, and Velcro can also be sewn to our media pads.
